* Turn Around Time
Our staff can only work as fast as the client allows us; turn around time is client dependent. If all website contents are delivered quickly, instructions are expressed clearly, and revisions are kept to a minimum amount the client will experience standard turn around. On the other hand, turn around could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed mockup approvals, incomplete instructions, back and forth change requests, etc. Business days are considered to be from Monday to Friday.

** Express Service Option
In order to provide clients with our standard exceptional service a few design revisions may be required. These revisions, which are largely due to incomplete or vague instructions, can be kept to a minimum if the client provides detailed instructions with visual samples from other websites. We understand a faster turn around may be required to meet certain deadlines or events. For an additional fee on any package and additional services, we offer an express service for a quicker turn around. There is no loss in quality or creativity. However, this service is based on certain terms and conditions, including but not limited to, (1) the fact that we cannot deliver the express service if multiple rounds of revisions are requested and (2) that turn around time begins after we receive finalized copy, pictures, instructions, etc. Business days are considered to be from Monday to Friday.
