WebCitz servers are located in four of The Planet's Dallas, Texas data centers ranging from 22,000 to more than 78,000 square feet. Each of these world-class data centers contain top of the line technology to ensure web servers stay cool, secure, and online at all times. These data centers feature redundant power, HVAC, fire detection systems, and 24x7 monitoring by our contracted administrators and The Planet's network operation centers.

Server Monitoring
In addition to a fully redundant network and top of the line data centers, our contracted system administrators monitor all servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Servers are monitored and issues are acted upon before they become serious. Additionally, the network and data centers are monitored and managed by on-site technicians dedicated to ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
