SEO Character Count

If you are working on search engine optimization, but find it difficult to stay within character limits, try using our character count tool! This tool allows you to write content and instantly see how many characters remain before exceeding page title or meta description character limits. The typical page title should be 70 characters or less, whereas meta descriptions should be 160 characters or less. There are people that will tell you writing slightly longer page titles or meta descriptions is okay, but we prefer to stay well within the character count limits.
