- Strategic 2025 Redesign: We rebuilt the site from the ground up to feature the new branding from A2Z Agency. We integrated high-resolution, custom photography of their corporate offices and exam rooms, giving patients a familiar and comforting view of the facilities before their visit.
- Custom Technical Architecture: We utilized Custom Post Types to create a highly organized and scalable backend:
- Physician Profiles: A dynamic directory that allows patients to filter surgeons by specialty and board certifications.
- Location Management: Individual pages for each clinic location with integrated maps and facility-specific details.

- Targeted Medical SEO: Over the past few years, we’ve executed an aggressive SEO strategy focused on four key pillars: GERD/Acid Reflux, Breast Surgery, Colonoscopy, and their Vein Clinic. By building technical content and local authority around these terms, we’ve ensured FVSA is the first choice for surgical consultations in the Fox Valley.
- HIPAA-Compliant Integration: We recently implemented a secure, HIPAA-compliant form system. This allows patients to reach out for appointments or information with the peace of mind that their protected health information (PHI) is handled according to federal security standards.
