How does it work?
You will be provided a web-based reseller web hosting account control panel called Web Host Manager (WHM). This control panel will allow you to create new customer accounts, configure hosting packages, view account status, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and much more. To create a new customer account, you simply enter the customer's domain name, username, password, and hosting package selection. The server will automatically provision the necessary resources and create a control panel (cPanel) for your new customer. This control panel will allow your customers to create subdomains, email addresses, databases, and much more. If you run into an issue, our email support team will be available 24x7 to answer any of your questions. It is required that you provide all end-user support since we will never directly communicate with your customers.
