The Challenge

In 2013, the online hearing aid market was rapidly evolving. Hearing Center USA needed to scale beyond their three physical locations in PA and VA to capture a national audience. Their challenges included:

  1. Platform Limitations: Their existing X-Cart site lacked the advanced promotional tools, SEO architecture, and multi-variant product handling required for high-end hearing aid brands like Phonak and Oticon.
