The Challenge
Managing a Homeowners Association with over 900 units – comprising both single-family homes and townhomes – requires a high level of organization and clear communication. Campus East needed a digital platform that could serve as a central repository for homeowners. The challenge was to move from a legacy system to a modern WordPress site that could house community documents, provide updates on recreational facilities, and increase community awareness while being easy for the association staff to manage.

This allows the Office Manager and the Association board to focus on their civic and social programs without worrying about the technical health or security of their digital community hub.
