The Challenge
Managing a Homeowners Association with over 900 units – comprising both single-family homes and townhomes – requires a high level of organization and clear communication. Campus East needed a digital platform that could serve as a central repository for homeowners. The challenge was to move from a legacy system to a modern WordPress site that could house community documents, provide updates on recreational facilities, and increase community awareness while being easy for the association staff to manage.

- Modernized Communication Hub: By moving to a professional WordPress layout, we helped the association bridge the gap between their historic roots and modern digital expectations, ensuring that residents can find office hours, contact information, and location details (near Virginia Wesleyan College) instantly.
- Dedicated Ongoing Support: Since the launch, WebCitz has provided consistent website maintenance and support services. This allows the Office Manager and the Association board to focus on their civic and social programs without worrying about the technical health or security of their digital community hub.
