Castillo Interior Design

WebCitz started working with this client in 2011

The Challenge

An interior designer’s brand is only as strong as their portfolio. Castillo Interior Design needed a way to showcase high-resolution project photography to potential clients in the competitive Pocono Mountains luxury home market. The challenge was to create a website that didn’t just list services, but immersed the user in the “before and after” experience of her design work, while simultaneously building an audience that would keep the brand top-of-mind.

The WebCitz Solution

WebCitz acted as the creative and technical partner to build a cohesive online brand:

  • High-Impact Gallery Engineering: We developed specialized photo galleries that allowed visitors to browse through specific projects (e.g., rustic kitchens, modern living spaces, mountain retreats). We ensured the galleries were optimized for clarity and ease of navigation, providing a professional “lookbook” experience for high-end clientele.
  • Early-Adoption Social Media Management: In 2011, as visual platforms were becoming essential for designers, we managed her social media presence. We focused on building a targeted following, sharing project updates, and engaging with the local community to drive brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing Architecture: We built a proprietary email marketing list from the ground up. By implementing lead-capture tools on the website, we allowed the client to stay in touch with prospects through professionally designed email templates that highlighted new projects and design tips.
  • Brand Development & Web Design: We worked closely with the client on the overall “look and feel” of the website to ensure it reflected her personal design philosophy – sophisticated, organized, and creative.

The Result

During our years of partnership, WebCitz helped Castillo Interior Design transition from a local service provider to a digitally savvy brand. By focusing on the visual proof of her talent through galleries and social media, we provided the tools she needed to attract premium clients in the Poconos. This project highlights our ability to blend technical development with the aesthetic sensitivities required by the interior design industry.
