The Challenge
As the third location in the regional portfolio, the Eden facility required the same frequent updates as the Olean and West Seneca sites. Families researching care options in the greater Seneca area needed to see the specific amenities offered at the Eden location – such as its expansive 10-acre campus and single-story accessible design. Managing these updates across multiple custom HTML/CSS sites required a partner who could maintain consistent branding while highlighting the unique personality of each individual building.
The WebCitz Solution
We provided a centralized maintenance hub that allowed the parent company and the local Eden team to keep their site in peak condition:
- Regional Content Synchronization: We coordinated updates across all three facility websites simultaneously. When a corporate policy or brochure changed at the Premier Senior Living level, we ensured those changes were reflected across the Eden, Olean, and West Seneca sites, maintaining 100% brand consistency.
- Building-Specific Revisions: We handled all local requests from the Eden building managers, including:
- Campus Imagery: Showcasing the 10.44-acre grounds and the scenic walking trails that surround the facility.
- Activity Updates: Posting the unique social and spiritual calendars specific to the Eden community.
- Menu & Dining Services: Keeping the “restaurant-style” dining descriptions and chef-prepared meal info up to date.
- HTML/CSS Technical Support: By managing the raw code, we ensured that the site remained fast and structurally sound. We acted as the technical “gatekeepers,” making sure that as content was added, the professional layout remained intact and user-friendly for seniors and their families.
- On-Call Support: We provided a “ready-when-you-are” support model, allowing the busy facility staff to simply email a photo or a PDF and trust that it would be live on the site within hours.
The Result
Our work in 2010 helped Eden Heights of Eden maintain its reputation as a premier assisted living destination in the Buffalo region. By taking the technical burden off the facility’s administrative team, we allowed them to focus on their “Exceptional Care” mission. This project rounded out our successful management of the Premier Senior Living portfolio, proving our ability to scale maintenance services across multiple locations without sacrificing attention to detail.
