The “Wix Rescue”: Protecting Rankings During a High-Risk Migration

Client #620

This client started SEO with us in March 2021 with a budget of about 10 hours per month.

When they first came to us, they were in the process of migrating from WordPress to Wix. This was a decision out of our control, since it was being spearheaded by a family member of the business owner. After the site was ready to launch, we went through and completed 301 redirects and brought over missing content to prevent loss of search rankings. From there, we took on content writing on the pages and put together a backlink strategy for the website. We also handled local citations and NAP improvements. After a year of work, we finally started seeing benefits!

The Platform Migration: Moving from Proprietary Tech to a Content-Driven WordPress Growth Engine

Client #702

This client started SEO with us in March 2022 with a budget of about 8 hours per month.

When they first came to us, they had a small website in a proprietary website platform. Our web development team redid the website using WordPress and made sure to create 301 redirects and preserve the website content. After the launch of the website, we immediately started working on building out additional service content and blog content. In addition to that, we helped them with local citations, NAP cleanup, and backlink building. As you can see, they saw a significant search traffic and organic rankings increase within the first 6 months.

Legacy PHP Modernization: Building Authority for a Custom-Coded Manufacturer Without a CMS

Client #652

This client started SEO with us in July 2021 with a budget of about 15 hours per month.

There website was rather custom, having been built years prior as a set of PHP files without any type of admin area. To help this client, we immediately started working on cleaning up the content on the website, writing supporting content for the product pages, and creating an effective backlink strategy. The organic traffic and organic keywords have been on the rise since our involvement started.

Compliance-First SEO: Growing Traffic in Highly Regulated Industries

Client #437

This client started SEO with us in October 2020, with a budget of 8 hours per month.

This client first came to us earlier in 2020 to create a website for their new company. After the launch of the website, we had to build out a strategy for bringing in traffic, without being able to write blog content. The nature of their business was extremely sensitive, so it wasn’t possible to write content without it being approved by doctors and attorneys. For that reason, we focused on creating helpful tools that could be used, then driving quality backlinks and social media ads to those tools to get some traction. We also helped with local citations and NAP improvements. We’ve had great success with this client.

The Geographic Pivot: Successfully Re-Targeting a Local Campaign to a New Major Market

Client #244

This client started SEO with us in March 2015 with a budget of about 8 hours per month.

This client was just starting their business when they came to us in 2015. We helped create their logo and their website. Shortly after the website launched, we started an SEO campaign. The company moved during the first SEO campaign to a different major city in the country, so we helped change targeting of the campaign part way through. Most of the focus on this SEO campaign was building out city-based landing pages and blog article content. We also focused heavily on other technical and on-page SEO factors. At no point did we ever utilize a backlink strategy. Fast forward several years and you’ll find the chart shows a steady increase in both organic traffic and organic keywords.

Overcoming Skepticism: Turning a Declining Campaign into a 7-Year Growth Story

Client #374

This client started SEO with us in July 2015 with a budget of 8 hours per month.

When this client first came to us, they were reluctant to believe in the value of search engine optimization. For the first few years of the SEO service, we focused on a website redesign with improved service page content and supporting blog articles. In addition to that, we helped with NAP cleanup and GMB optimizations. It wasn’t until 2022 did we see a gradual decline in search rankings which led us to reach out to the client with a revised strategy. They decided to double the marketing budget and allow us to implement a backlink building strategy. As you can see, this worked to counter the drop in traffic and rankings, which has had a great impact.

Rapid Velocity SEO: Achieving a 75x Traffic Increase for a Brand New Business in 6 Months

Client #629

This client started SEO with us in July 2021 with a budget of 8 hours per month.

This client came to us with an existing business that had no organic traffic. This might have been one of the fastest turnarounds we’ve ever made for a local business, in terms of rankings and traffic from search results. In just a few months, we were able to get their traffic from 1-5 visits/month to 75+ visits/month, from local and relevant sources. We continued SEO services through a 6 month arrangement, when things came to a close in January 2022. As you can see, the results have remained for an entire year with no additional improvements made by our team.

Omnichannel Dominance: Integrating eBay, Photography, and Category Authority to Scale a Niche Hobby Store

Client #339

This client came to us in February 2018 with a budget of 10 hours per month.

For the first two years, our primary goal was to maintain their Magento 1.x ecommerce website. This eventually led to a redesign within WordPress and WooCommerce, which included a custom template, 301 redirects, and complete data migration. We’ve helped with all kinds of digital marketing projects for this client, including eBay store creation, inventory management, product photography, and email marketing. More recently, we started working on a different angle to their SEO campaign which included backlinks and category content, which has led to dozens of first page rankings and substantial traffic increases.

Performance First: Reversing Stagnation through Hosting Migration and Technical Theme Optimization

Client #503

This client started SEO with us in February 2020 with a budget of about 15 hours per month.

For the first year, we worked to improve technical SEO issues within their website. This included a hosting migration, WordPress theme cleanup, and a new caching system. After that, we moved the focus to blog content creation, category content creation, improved product categorization, and a backlink building campaign. You can clearly tell from the graphs that we’ve had nothing but success with this project.

Competitive Vertical Scaling: Managing High-Complexity Magento-to-WooCommerce Transitions in the Industrial Sector

Client #394

This client started SEO with us in August 2021, with a budget of about 25 hours per month.

For several years prior to signing up for SEO, we helped this client maintain their Magento 1.x website. Eventually, we helped with the redesign of their website by migrating it into WordPress with WooCommerce. That was an extensive project which included complete data migration, 301 redirects, a custom WordPress theme, admin area training, and Amazon/eBay inventory synchronization. Not long after that project completed, we found out their in-house marketing expert was departing the company. The decision was made to bring our team in to take over the digital marketing. We currently handle email marketing, paid advertising, and search engine optimization for this client. As you can tell, there has been consistent growth for SEO, despite this being an incredibly competitive industry.

The Strategic Return: Doubling Down on Backlink Architecture to Reclaim Organic Market Share

Client #434

This client started SEO with us in March 2019 with a budget of about 10 hours per month.

This client came to several years earlier for help with maintaining their Magento 1.x website. There was a one-year period of SEO that we performed in 2019/2020, but more recently we were hired again to develop a backlink building strategy for their business. The current project is for twice the amount of effort per month as the first engagement. It has only been a few months, but you can already see there are positive signs coming in terms of traffic and rankings.

Startup to Scale: Building Content Silos from Scratch to Dominate Competitive Home Decor Keywords

Client #533

This client started SEO with us in July 2020, just a few months after launching their company.

This client had just launched their first ecommerce store when they came to us, so we weren’t able to recommend drastic changes to the website. The first year of the SEO campaign included extensive content writing for product pages, category pages, and supporting blog articles. We built out numerous SEO silos and were able to see immediate success. Despite this, we started working on building out a backlink growth plan, which has paired well with our on-page SEO efforts. More recently, we launched a completely redesigned WordPress / WooCommerce website for this client in late 2022, which you can see launched without any issues in the ranking graph.

Managing Complexity: Consolidating Multiple High-Traffic Sites with Thousands of Product Variations

Client #343

This client started SEO with us in February 2015 and continued it through October 2019.

When this client first came to us, they were desperately looking for help managing multiple complex ecommerce websites that had been left abandoned by previous on-site ecommerce developers. In the first few years, we worked to redesign all of their websites and move them onto a higher performing web server. The websites were extensive – each had thousands of content pages, category pages, and product pages. In fact, each of the websites had complex product builders that we built to allow customers to place orders for custom animal enclosures. The SEO campaign included extensive content writing, backlink building, citation management, and technical SEO improvements.

Unfortunately, we no longer work with this client. In 2019/2020, they decided to build out an internal team of web developers and digital marketers.

Content with Intent

We don’t write for word counts; we build topical authority through strategic silos that satisfy both users and search engines.

Resilient Link Building

Our off-page strategies focus on quality and relevance, ensuring your rankings are built to last, not just spike.
